Inauguration Day - Independence Day

Since launching Beacon Leadership Collaborative, I have (tongue deeply in cheek) thanked Donald J. Trump for helping me take the measure of and make manifest the room for improvement in our public life. With so many of all political persuasions in this nation and abroad, I've held my breath awaiting his departure from the White House. What a relief, what a blessing, to have arrived at this moment. Let the healing begin. Let the renewal begin. On to the sacred work of good public leadership.
